Job summary

Leonardo is seeking a Technology & Innovation Specialist for Cascina Costa di Samarate (Varese). You will report to the T&I Roadmaps within R&D and help shape the Divisional Product & Technology Innovation Plan.

You will work on AI, Autonomy, Electrification and Advanced Materials, coordinating roadmaps with stakeholders across geographies and supporting T&I culture and education across the division.

Qualifications

• STEM degree required.
• Technology savvy and keen on the latest advancements in the innovation sector.
• Solid analytical skills.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills; Power BI is a plus.
• Fluent English both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate the Helicopters Division’s Product & Technology Innovation Plan (PTIP).
• Governing the execution of Innovation Management process through prioritization and harmonization.
• Coordinate the division’s technological roadmaps with senior managers and stakeholders across geographies.
• Develop and coordinate internal T&I network.
• Contribute to and/or manage T&I projects and activities.
• Support T&I culture & Education and communications.
