PRAMAC is seeking a Controller to lead accounting, project control and data-center project finance for its international operations. The role focuses on ensuring accurate revenue/cost recognition, margins and project profitability across multi-year engagements.

The candidate should have a solid accounting background, 2–3 years in project control, and fluency in English. The position offers growth within a fast-growing, global business and requires collaboration with cross-functional teams

Competenze

Degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or related discipline.
At least 2–3 years of relevant professional experience in accounting, controlling, audit or project finance.
Fluent English is an essential requirement; additional languages are advantageous.
Strong knowledge of general accounting principles and financial reporting.

Mansioni

Manage the accounting and financial control of complex projects, primarily within the Data Center business.
Monitor project revenues, costs, margins, cash flow and financial performance across the full project lifecycle.
Ensure correct revenue and cost recognition in line with accounting standards and policies.
Apply and monitor project accounting methodologies (e.g., percentage-of-completion, cost-to-cost, WIP, milestones).
Review budgets, forecasts and estimates at completion; identify financial risks and opportunities.
Analyse actual performance against budget, forecast and milestones; report variances.
Collaborate with Project Managers, Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering and Finance teams.
Support month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing activities for project accounting.
Prepare project financial reports, analyses and business performance reviews.
Monitor variations, claims, penalties, contingencies, and other contract financials.
Support implementation and improvement of project accounting and controlling processes.
Assist internal and external audits related to project accounting.
Contribute to standardization of project controlling practices across the organization.
