ShipCalm, Italy-based, is seeking a Technical Director to own the technical vision, architecture, and delivery across warehousing and e-commerce integrations. You will work with executive leadership to align technology with business goals and scale our platform for growth.

You will mentor engineers, oversee 3rd-party integrations (OMS/WMS/TMS), ensure system reliability, manage priorities under pressure, and drive business outcomes through strong tech leadership and hands-on contribution.

Competenze

• 5+ years of hands-on software engineering, integrations, and technical operations.
• 2+ years of technical leadership experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with 3rd-party integrations and distributed systems.
• Warehousing, logistics and/or e-commerce domain experience.
• Project management and Agile methodologies experience.
• Strong communication skills to explain complex systems simply.
• Experience with supply chain technologies (OMS, WMS, TMS).

Mansioni

• Audit the tech stack and end-to-end value streams within 30–60 days.
• Lead and coordinate with leadership to align product strategy and execution.
• Grow and mentor the engineering team while reducing direct daily dependencies.
• Maintain platform health, system reliability, and SLA adherence.
• Drive long-term platform resilience and scalable architecture.
