Wineshipping.com Llc in Italy is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead complex ERP and enterprise system initiatives from discovery to stabilization. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage vendors, and ensure alignment with business goals in a fast-paced logistics environment.

The role requires strong project governance, risk management, and stakeholder communications, with a track record of delivering on time and within budget.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of project/program management experience leading complex enterprise technology initiatives.
• Experience managing ERP and related systems implementations through full lifecycle.
• Proven ability to coordinate across multiple business units and leadership levels.
• Ability to build strong vendor relationships and manage partners and SLAs.
• Knowledge of waterfall, agile, and hybrid delivery approaches.
• PMP certification is preferred.

• Lead complex IT projects through initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.
• Direct ERP development coordination for requirements, design, integrations, data migration, testing, and go-live.
• Develop and maintain project artifacts, charters, schedules, budgets, and risk logs.
• Coordinate cross-functional work across business units and governance bodies.
• Build strong relationships with software vendors and implementation partners.
• Communicate project status and risks to executives and steering committees.
