Overview

Quotabus is a mobility-tech company redefining group transportation. We help bus companies scale their operations and travelers book their experiences seamlessly. We’re at an exciting early stage - piloting, learning, building - and we’re looking for a Tech Co-Founder / Software Developer to join us on the ride. Location: Remote (Europe) or in person in Milan. Type: Full-time. Start Date: As soon as possible. Language: English (Italian, German, Spanish, or French is a plus).

Your role

Build the product from the ground up. As our Tech Co-Founder / Software Developer, you’ll design, build, and launch our core product. You’ll take on high ownership and autonomy, shaping our technical architecture, processes, and culture from the ground up.

What you’ll do
  • Product Development: Design, develop, test, and deploy features across the stack (front-end and back-end). Support integrations with third-party APIs and tools. Build scalable, maintainable architecture for future growth.
  • Problem-Solving & Experimentation: Collaborate with the team to identify the best technical solutions to user problems. Build MVPs and iterate rapidly based on feedback.
  • Collaboration & Growth: Work with founders on product decisions, priorities, and roadmap. Help define our engineering culture and future hiring processes.

  • Experience with databases (e.g., SQL).
