Euronext in Milan seeks a Fiscal Services operations associate to join the Business Operations team. The role centers on processing and reconciling foreign tax transactions, maintaining fiscal records, and ensuring regulatory compliance across France, Italy and the US.

You will collaborate with international teams to ensure timely processing, accuracy and audit readiness, while continuously improving fiscal service operations.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business management, finance or related field.
• Two to three years of back office or fiscal operations experience is an advantage.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of other European languages is an advantage.
• Strong organisational skills and high accuracy in processing.
• Analytical and problem-solving capabilities; proactive and able to learn quickly.

Mansioni

• Processing and reconciling foreign tax transactions, including withholding tax and tax relief at source.
• Supporting tax reclaims requested by clients with required documentation.
• Maintaining up-to-date records of fiscal documentation in systems.
• Monitoring and processing incoming fiscal documentation for regulatory compliance.
• Liaising with tax authorities, custodians and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Staying updated on fiscal regulations in France, Italy and the US.
• Maintaining fiscal data in internal systems and assisting in reports and audits.
• Identifying discrepancies and contributing to corrective actions.
• Collaborating with back-office and compliance teams on fiscal processes.
