CALIBRE Systems Inc. seeks a Liaison and Reporting Analyst (LNO) to support Army TAP at a designated military installation in Vicenza, Italy.

The role coordinates stakeholders, analyzes program performance, and maintains accurate data to drive informed decision-making. You will prepare reports and briefings for Government leadership, assist with workshops and hiring events, and ensure data integrity across systems while collaborating with CIM, educational partners, employers, and community

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Experience supporting Army TAP or similar workforce development programs.
• Experience collecting, analyzing, and reporting operational data.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and partner organizations.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Government suitability and CAC access.

Mansioni

• Collect, validate, analyze, and report TAP performance, participation, and resource data.
• Prepare command-level reports, dashboards, briefings, and ad hoc analyses for leadership.
• Monitor workshops, milestones, and hiring events for compliance and progress.
• Maintain accurate information in Army/IMCOM systems, trackers, calendars, and databases.
• Coordinate with CIM, TAP managers, leadership, public affairs, employers, and educational partners.
• Support planning and execution of hiring events, outreach campaigns, and employment readiness activities.
• Conduct post-event analysis and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Assist with participant assessments, attendance tracking, and documentation.
• Provide facility coordination, scheduling, audiovisual support, and logistics for TAP events.
