Abylsen Italia, part of the HOUSE OF ABY Group, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Officer to lead the recruitment for the Turin and Milan agencies on a permanent contract. You will work with Business Managers, define sourcing strategies, publish offers, and conduct phone and in-person interviews to ensure a smooth candidate experience.

Competenze

• 5-year higher education qualification in Business, HR, or related field.
• 6–12 months of recruitment experience, ideally in engineering/ICT/Lifesciences.
• Strong responsiveness, curiosity and interpersonal skills.

Mansioni

• Gather and analyze the needs from Business Managers.
• Define your sourcing strategy by identifying the most suitable channels (job boards, professional networks, etc).
• Write and publish job offers; carry out phone screening and in-person interviews while ensuring a qualitative candidate experience.
• Report your interviews to the Business Managers.
• Ensure progress of the recruitment process by collaborating with Business Managers until completion.
• Assist in onboarding of new collaborators through internal processes.
• Develop partnerships with target engineering schools (forums, presentations).
• Organize recruitment afterworks with the recruitment team.
• Increase Abylsen’s employer brand visibility on LinkedIn and other networks.

Formazione

5-year higher education qualification in Business or Human Resources
