Abylsen is seeking a Business Developer for its Milan agency to build and manage a growing client portfolio in the Industry sector. You will conduct phone prospecting and in-person client meetings, and translate client challenges into tailored consulting solutions.

As an intrapreneur, you will drive profitability, recruit and coach consultants, and promote Abylsen’s engagement models—technical assistance, service center, and work package—within an international growth context.

Competenze

• Master’s degree (Engineering or Business School).
• Fluent Italian and English (mandatory).
• Strong track record in business development and client acquisition.

Mansioni

• Build and develop your own client portfolio in the Industry sector.
