Job summary

Bulgari is seeking a Recruiting Specialist based in Rome to lead end-to-end talent acquisition and mobility initiatives. You will manage the recruitment planning, define job descriptions, coordinate candidate assessments and partner with internal clients to ensure best-fit hires.

In this role you will also nurture supplier relationships, monitor budgets, and contribute to employer branding through campus partnerships and content development.

Qualifications

• University degree required.
• 4+ years of professional experience in recruiting, preferably with Marketing & Communications profiles.
• Ability to manage budgets and use reporting techniques.
• Strong integrity, communication and organizational skills.
• Capable of working under pressure and in teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruiting processes including job description definition, sourcing strategy and candidate assessment.
• Coordinate with internal clients; manage recruitment planning and hiring closure.
• Oversee supplier network, contracts, cost and budget monitoring.
• Support internal mobility across Bulgari and LVMH brands; provide feedback to candidates, managers and HR stakeholders.
• Provide annual mobility KPI analysis and tracking.
• Contribute to employer branding via partnerships with schools and universities and content development.

Mission

Ensure the Recruiting and Mobility services according to the business objective and priorities. Lead the recruiting activities ensuring the best match between available positions and candidate’ skills and aspirations.

Accountabilities

• Talent Acquisition & Mobility
• Act as a Project Manager coordinating the whole recruiting process: define the job description and qualifications according to manager’s needs and organizational constraints, identify the best recruiting strategy, CV screening, run individual interviews or group assessment with the support of proper assessment tools
• Be a point of reference for internal clients and manage the relationship with them from the recruiting planning to the hiring finalization
• Cooperate on improving suppliers’ network by periodically reviewing contracts, scouting new suppliers and monitoring quality, cost and budget
• Manage the recruiting budget of reference, maximizing the initiatives results
• Support the internal mobility within Bulgari and LVMH brands: maintain constant contact with HR counterparts, ensure full set of information and feedback to candidates, their manager and internal/external HRDs
• Provide yearly mobility KPIs analysis and tracking

2. Employer Branding

• Propose and nurture strategic partnerships with Schools, Universities and Institutions to foster attraction and fuel internal specialized sourcing needs, participating to on-campus initiatives and events with potential candidates
• Take part in the Employer Branding strategy and content development: WW editorial plan definition in collaboration with Social Media and Internal Communication teams, campaign development and KPIs monitoring
• Nurture constant relations with LVMH recruiters and community

Additional information

For new joiners in this role in Italy, the initial annual gross salary is EUR 42.000.

This salary has been determined on the basis of objective and gender-neutral criteria and corresponds to the compensation normally granted for this position at the time of publication of this job posting. Actual compensation may vary depending on factors such as your unique combination of experience and skills, seniority, and current organizational needs.

In addition to the benefits provided by law, further benefits may be granted in accordance with current company policies.

The employment relationship will be governed by the provisions of the applicable national collective bargaining agreement (CCNL Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi), as applied by Bulgari in Italy.
