Job summary

Heritage is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition intern to join our growing team in Lombardia. You will support sourcing, screening CVs, and interviewing candidates while building pipelines for critical roles across the firm.

Working closely with hiring managers and senior TA professionals, you will learn executive search techniques, help standardize processes, and contribute to onboarding and KPI reporting in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifications

• Passion for People and Talent Acquisition.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Available for a 6‑month internship starting Oct/Nov 2026.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proactive and innovative mindset in a growing environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage sourcing channels, screen CVs, conduct interviews and proactively build pipelines of exceptional candidates.
• Learn and apply the executive search methodology for direct research and talent maps.
• Communicate with hiring managers to align on role requirements and workflow.
• Implement talent development and performance management initiatives.
• Support onboarding activities for new joiners.
• Create reports to monitor hiring KPIs and recruitment metrics.
• Provide ad‑hoc support for broader HR tasks.
