FlexLink is seeking a Junior Mechanical Engineer to support the development of industrial automation solutions, including conveyor systems and robotic applications. You will work with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to contribute to machine design, documentation, and testing.

The role offers hands-on experience in an international environment, with opportunities to travel within Italy and abroad, and to develop technical and collaborative skills on modern production solutions.

Competenze

• Master's Degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical/Mechatronics.
• Interest in design of industrial machinery and production systems.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical engineering and automation.

Mansioni

• Design machinery and equipment for conveyor and automation systems.
• Assist in optimizing existing technical solutions under guidance of senior engineers.
• Prepare and update technical project documentation (drawings, BOMs, manuals).
• Support assembly and testing activities, helping resolve technical issues.
• Interact with Production, Purchasing, and Quality to ensure project execution.
