Arsenalia is seeking a skilled IT professional to lead the administration and evolution of Microsoft 365 platforms and Azure infrastructure in a hybrid environment. You will work on Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Intune, Purview, Defender, and related services, while also managing on-premises Active Directory and cloud integration strategies.

The role requires strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure IaaS, and PaaS services, plus PowerShell scripting and the ability to work

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 technologies including Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Intune, Purview, Defender.
• Solid experience with Microsoft Azure IaaS and PaaS services such as Storage Accounts, Azure Firewall, Azure App Service, Function Apps, Logic Apps, Azure Arc.
• Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing on-premises Active Directory Domain Services environments.
• Good knowledge of PowerShell scripting and automation.

How you’ll make a difference

• Administer, configure, and drive the evolution of Microsoft 365 platforms, including Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Intune, Purview, Defender, and related services.
• Manage and maintain on-premises and hybrid Active Directory infrastructures, including identity and authentication services.
• Implement, configure, and manage Microsoft Azure IaaS and PaaS services to support customer infrastructure and application requirements..
• Design and manage integration solutions between on-premises and cloud environments.
• Monitor, optimize, and secure customer's IT infrastructures.

What we’re looking for

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 technologies, including Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Intune, Purview, and Defender.
• Solid experience with Microsoft Azure IaaS services and infrastructure-related PaaS services such as Storage Accounts, Azure Firewall, Azure App Service, Function Apps, Logic Apps, Azure Arc, and similar solutions.
• Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing on-premises Active Directory Domain Services environments.
• Good knowledge of PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Ability to work independently and manage complex task.
• Consulting mindset and customer-oriented approacht.
• Strong teamworking and collaboration skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• The gross annual salary for this position ranges from €26,000 to €35,000. It may be adjusted based on the candidate’s skills and experience beyond the required level. The role is covered by the CCNL Metalmeccanico Industria (CNEL code C011).

What we would consider a plus

• Experience managing Linux operating systems.
• Knowledge of and hands-on experience with Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with virtualization platforms, particularly Hyper-V.
