IKEA is seeking a Unit Facility Management Specialist in Bari, Italy. The role supports management and maintenance of IKEA properties to ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and efficient operations.

It involves guiding facilities services, collaborating across teams, and helping optimize costs and asset reliability. The position offers a permanent contract at Level 3 under the Italian National Collective Labour Agreement for Modern Organized Distribution, with a starting gross annual salary

Qualificações

• Background in Facility Management or a related field.
• Strong technical understanding of buildings, systems and equipment.
• Experience with planned, preventive and reactive maintenance.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and risk management.
• Understanding of performance indicators and cost management.
• Knowledge of sustainability in building operations.
• Proficiency with Facility Management digital tools and collaboration.
• Proficiency in Italian and English, written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Support management and maintenance of IKEA properties, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.
• Provide technical guidance for Facility Management services per regulations and standards.
• Share knowledge across FM org, collaborating with local and international teams.
• Support projects, planning, budgeting and performance monitoring to optimize costs.
• Monitor permits, licenses, certifications, ensuring compliance with laws and safety standards.
• Promote sustainable FM practices related to energy and water efficiency.
