Who we are looking for:

We are currently looking for a brilliant and motivated new resource to join our Group Sustainability team at Padova HQ. The internship will last 6 months and offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the eyewear industry.

As a Sustainability Intern, you will be involved in:

• Supporting activities related to ESG ratings and assessments, including data collection, analysis and preparation of relevant documentation;
• Collecting, organizing and analyzing sustainability-related data and information, supporting internal reporting and monitoring activities;
• Supporting the preparation of sustainability disclosures, presentations and other internal and external materials;
• Contributing to the Group’s ongoing sustainability projects and initiatives across environmental and social topics;
• Supporting research and benchmarking activities on sustainability trends, regulations and industry best practices;
• Supporting the team in monitoring the evolving sustainability regulatory landscape and assessing its relevance for the Group;
• Collaborating with different corporate functions to gather information and support sustainability-related activities;
• Supporting the team in the day-to-day coordination of sustainability projects and stakeholder requests.

You are the person we are looking for if:

• You hold a university degree in Management and Sustainability, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields;
• You are fluent in English;
• You are highly proficient in Microsoft Office, and comfortable using digital tools, with an interest in leveraging AI to support research, analysis and everyday activities;
• You are precise, detail-oriented, and organized;
• You are a collaborative team player, able to work towards objectives and manage tight deadlines;
• You are curious, proactive and eager to learn, with a problem-solving mindset.
• You are motivated to work in a dynamic and international environment.
