Getinge in Italy seeks a Product Specialist to support the PM/MM in the Surgical Workflow line, driving field marketing, tender activity, and product launches. You will coordinate training, demonstrations, and market insights across Italy to meet sales targets.
You will collaborate with international teams to share knowledge and refine strategies, balancing customer-facing execution with cross-functional coordination to improve patient outcomes.
Competenze
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as Product Specialist or similar role.
- Experience in operating room environment is a strong plus.
- Fluent Italian and professional English (written and spoken).
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Mansioni
- Coordinate field marketing activities including product demonstrations and training.
- Manage tender activities and prepare technical documentation.
- Develop and adjust marketing plans and support cross-border collaboration.
- Monitor market and competitors to adjust strategy.
