Getinge in Italy seeks a Product Specialist to support the PM/MM in the Surgical Workflow line, driving field marketing, tender activity, and product launches. You will coordinate training, demonstrations, and market insights across Italy to meet sales targets.

You will collaborate with international teams to share knowledge and refine strategies, balancing customer-facing execution with cross-functional coordination to improve patient outcomes.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as Product Specialist or similar role.
• Experience in operating room environment is a strong plus.
• Fluent Italian and professional English (written and spoken).
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Mansioni

• Coordinate field marketing activities including product demonstrations and training.

As a Product Specialist you support the PM/MM in the Surgical Workflow line, driving field marketing, tender activity, and product launches. You work across Italy, coordinating training, demonstrations, and market insights to meet sales targets. You collaborate with international teams to share knowledge and refine strategies. This role combines customer-facing execution with cross-functional coordination to improve patient outcomes.

• Field Marketing Activities (50%): product demonstrations, salesforce training, product presentations at events, support for new product launches, manage field actions and quality activities with salesforce
• Tender Management (20%): prepare technical documentation for tenders, define technical configurations with Sales, submit tender materials to T&O
• Marketing strategies & activities (20%): develop/adjust marketing plans, support cross-border collaboration, launch new products, review brochures and materials translations, manage DEMO products pool, maintain salesforce competence, configure orders for production
• Market Analysis (10%): monitor competitors, adjust marketing strategy to evolving markets, maintain local pricing within guidelines
