Brainlab is seeking a Support Specialist RT to install and service radiotherapy and radiosurgery systems for customers across Europe, with Rome/Naples as home base and extensive travel. This role involves on-site commissioning, troubleshooting, and training in collaboration with our specialist teams.

You will communicate with clinical staff, perform calibrations and preventive maintenance, and ensure high customer satisfaction while benefiting from flexible hours and structured training.

Competenze

• Degree/Certification in Medical Physics, Medical Dosimetry, radiation therapy technicians or equivalent.
• Good knowledge in informatics and experience diagnosing issues in IT infrastructure and networking topics.
• Knowledge of linear accelerators is advantageous.
• Prior experience in service/maintenance in robotics and/or electro mechanics.
• Proficiency in English and Italian (written and spoken).
• Excellent social, teamwork and self-management skills.
• Willingness to travel around 80% of the time.

Mansioni

• Install radiotherapy and radiosurgery systems for customers in your region and in Spain, partly also in Portugal and other European countries.
• Provide after-sales service including diagnosis tasks as well as service, maintenance and repairs.
• Act as the technical Brainlab face to the customer by communicating efficiently with the clients and responding to problems.
• Conduct routine calibrations as well as preventive maintenance services.
• Introduce customers to Brainlab products; further customer training is performed by a dedicated trainer team.

To help our customers in the field of radiotherapy and radiosurgery, Brainlab is looking for a home office based field service engineer in Rome,Naplesor a nearby city.

As a Support Specialist RT your main task will include:

• to install the radiotherapy and radiosurgery systems for the customers in your region and in Spain, partly also in Portugal and other countries in Europe
• to provide after-sales service for our radiotherapy and radiosurgery systems, including diagnosis tasks as well as service, maintenance and repairs
• to act as the technical Brainlab face to the customer bycommunicating efficiently with the clients,understanding any problems which arise and responding in the most appropriate manner
• to conduct routine calibrations as well as preventive maintenance services
• to makeour customers - e.g. physicist Team -familiar with Brainlab products; furthercustomer training is then performed by a dedicated trainer team
• to provide full service satisfaction to clients
  • You have a Degree/Certification in Medical Physics, Medical Dosimetry, radiation therapy technicians or equivalent
  • You have a very good knowledge in the field of informatics as well as experience in diagnosing issues in IT infrastructure and networking topics
  • Your good knowledge of linear accelerators is also an advantage for this position
  • Prior experience in service/maintenance in the field of robotics and/or electro mechanics
  • Proficiency of English and Italianboth written and spoken are a necessity to be successful in this position

  • You are highly flexibility and would be willing to travel around 80% of the time for your position
