Born from the will of LVMH Group, world leader in luxury, to establish itself in the eyewear sector, Thélios designs, produces and distributes sunglasses and optical frames for some of its most prestigious Maisons: Dior, Fendi, Celine, Givenchy, Loewe, Kenzo, Berluti, Bulgari, Tag Heuer and Fred. In addition, Thélios owns two proprietary brands, Barton Perreira and Vuarnet.

We are looking for a Supply Planner to join our HQ. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring product availability through effective production planning, inventory management, and cross‑functional coordination. This role plays a key part in aligning demand, capacity, and supply chain priorities while driving operational efficiency and continuous improvement.

Job responsibilities

• Build and manage production plans based on demand forecasts, production capacity and lead times.
• Monitor inventory, production data, and material requirements to ensure supply continuity.
• Track weekly performance reports and operational KPIs.
• Identify risks, constraints, and opportunities through data analysis.
• Coordinate with factory, demand planning, quality, procurement and logistics to align planning priorities.
• Ensure service level targets are achieved while optimizing inventory levels and costs.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across planning processes.
• Support planning readiness for new product launches.

Profile

• At least 2 years of experience in supply planning, production planning, or supply chain operations is preferred.
• Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset and problem‑solving skills.
• Good knowledge of ERP/planning tools and Excel.
• Effective communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.

Additional information

For this position, the gross annual salary is EUR 30 000,00 gross per year. The actual remuneration may vary based on factors such as your unique combination of experience and skills, seniority, academic background, and sector of origin. This position is subject to the provisions of the national collective labor agreement (CCNL Eyewear) applicable to the role and applied by Thélios in Italy.
