Thélios is seeking a Junior Project Manager in its Customer Service Department to support cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing customer service processes, tools, and experiences. The role focuses on gathering requirements, maintaining plans, coordinating stakeholders, and contributing to AI-enabled process improvements.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree and strong analytical and reporting abilities, with fluency in English.

Descrizione del lavoro

We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to join our Customer Service Department.

This role will support the management and execution of cross-functional projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing customer service processes, tools, and overall customer experience. Working closely with multiple business functions, the successful candidate will contribute to the implementation of innovative solutions, process improvements, and digital transformation initiatives, including Artificial Intelligence-based technologies, to drive operational excellence and service quality.

Job responsibilities

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

The role will involve the following responsibilities:

  • Support the collection, analysis, and formalization of project requirements.
  • Manage and maintain project plans and Gantt charts, defining activities, milestones, and timelines, ensuring the proper progress of initiatives, gathering feedback throughout the different project phases, and supporting project status tracking.
  • Coordinate cross-functional activities, ensuring alignment among stakeholders and the achievement of project objectives.
  • Support the preparation and execution of functional and stress tests prior to go-live and, following implementation, identify potential issues, corrective actions, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Support After-Sales process improvement initiatives by monitoring service performance, collecting stakeholder feedback, and contributing to the identification of optimization opportunities.
  • Analyze and monitor KPIs and the performance of newly implemented functionalities, processes, and initiatives, preparing reports and dashboards to support performance tracking and identify further development opportunities.
  • Contribute to the evaluation and adoption of innovative digital solutions, including Artificial Intelligence-based technologies, to enhance operational efficiency, streamline processes, and improve service quality.
  • Contribute to the definition and implementation of action plans aimed at increasing operational efficiency, improving service quality, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Profile

PROFILE

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management Engineering, Economics, Information Technology, or related fields.
  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination capabilities.
  • knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Fluent English is required.
Additional information

Located in Longarone.

Accordingly to internal internship regulation, for this position the month base salary is 800€.
