Thélios S.p.A. in Italy is seeking a System & Infrastructure Lead to govern and coordinate complex IT initiatives, aligning the corporate IT ecosystem with business requirements, group standards and regulatory obligations.

You will oversee security solutions, drive modernization, coordinate cloud migrations and manage server lifecycles, while serving as the primary technical reference for partners, suppliers and LVMH.

Competenze

• Degree with a technical-management-information technology or equivalent culture.
• At least 3 years experience as IT Infrastructure Specialist, preferably oriented to the network, server, cloud, O365 management.
• Consolidated experience gained preferably in multinational companies, with attention to process analysis and IT tools and related infrastructure perimeter.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent team building skills.
• Fluent English is required.

System & Infrastructure Specialist

POSITION: We are looking for a System & Infrastructure Lead to join our team. This role will be responsible for governing and coordinating highly complex infrastructure initiatives, ensuring the evolution of the corporate IT ecosystem in alignment with business requirements, group standards, and regulatory obligations.

Job responsibilities

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Strategic IT Infrastructure Management: Governing IT infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with security, compliance, and group standards, and overseeing global platform governance.
• Security Solutions and Modernization: Leading the implementation of security solutions, ensuring high network security, and adapting production flows to business strategy.
• Cloud Transformation & Server Management: Coordinating cloud migration initiatives and managing the server lifecycle (on-boarding/off-boarding).
• Technical Support & Partnership: Providing full support for corporate networks and serving as the key technical reference for strategic partners, suppliers, and LVMH.

Profile

Additional information

Located in Longarone.

For this position, the gross annual salary is EUR 33.000 gross per year. The actual remuneration may vary based on factors such as your unique combination of experience and skills, seniority, academic background, and sector of origin. This position is subject to the provisions of the national collective labor agreement (CCNL Eyewear) applicable to the role and applied by Thélios in Italy.
