Stellantis in Torino is seeking an Application Operations & Service Delivery Manager to ensure stability, compliance, and performance of critical business applications and supporting infrastructure. You will coordinate with business stakeholders, managed service providers, infrastructure teams, suppliers, auditors, and compliance organizations to drive governance and continuous service improvement.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 5-7 years in supply chain or logistics

Competenze

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in supply chain, transportation, logistics, vehicle distribution, or related operations.
  • Minimum 2 years of leadership experience managing teams and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of outbound transportation networks, carrier management, vehicle logistics, and distribution operations.
  • Experience developing and managing KPI frameworks and operational performance metrics.
  • Fluency in English (minimum required: B2) and Italian.

Mansioni

  • Manage internal Audit activities and SOX Compliance.
  • Oversee weekly status with AMS to monitor KPI alignment with contract levels.
  • Lead escalation and war room activities when needed.
  • Manage CAB meetings to approve changes during critical periods.

Role Summary

The Application Operations & Service Delivery Manager is responsible for ensuring stability, compliance, performance, and continuous improvement of critical business applications and supporting infrastructure. This role serves as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, managed service providers, infrastructure teams, suppliers, auditors, and compliance organizations to ensure operational excellence and adherence to corporate governance standards. The position oversees day-to-day application support activities, vendor management, service delivery performance, compliance requirements, budget management, and operational governance while driving issue resolution and continuous service improvement.

Key responsibilities:
  • Manage the activities with Internal Audit
  • Manage the activities with SOX Compliance and other certification
  • Status weekly with the AMS to understand what is the hot topic, for example and try to elevate and support to solve. In this meeting is necessary to verify the KPI to understand with Reply are in line with the contract level (for example quantity of request, problem, incident managed by week, ecc)
  • Manage Escalation and war room in case of need
  • Manage the CAB meeting to approval the change in special moment, for example during the freeze period
  • Manage the day by day together with Reply
  • Manager the user provisioning for all technical user and Supplier users
  • Manage the small developments
  • Manage the Handhelth and other possibles hardware that are not managed from Reply
  • Manage all the Contracts
  • Manage the budget and PR’s for run activities
  • Manage and support the Infrastructure change in case of need. The technical activities are managed by Reply but we need to manage and support the interaction with the different suppliers because in this case the infrastructure is not Reply property
  • Manage the emergency with Reply
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in supply chain, transportation, logistics, vehicle distribution, or related operations.
  • Minimum 2 years of leadership experience managing teams and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of outbound transportation networks, carrier management, vehicle logistics, and distribution operations.
  • Experience developing and managing KPI frameworks and operational performance metrics.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to influence and lead across multiple functions and organizational levels.
  • Fluency in English (minimum required: B2) and Italian
Offer
  • Salary range: from 43 € to 48 €, that will be defined depending on the level of adherence of the candidate to the job requirements.
  • Collective Agreement: In accordance with the provisions of the Specific Collective Labour Agreement (CCSL – CNEL code: CO10), and in particular with regard to the classification within the (first / second / third) professional area.
