Stellantis is seeking a Data & Logistics Analyst to join the Material Flow Management Team in Rivalta di Torino. You will optimize spare parts warehouse processes, define allocation strategies, and build KPIs to drive efficiency and capacity gains.

The role requires cross-functional collaboration with international stakeholders and active participation in digital transformation initiatives. You will develop reporting tools, monitor performance, and support project planning with cost

Competenze

  • Masters Degree in Engineering.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Access.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools, particularly Power BI.
  • Data analysis and KPI development skills.
  • Fluent English (C1 level or above) and Italian.
  • Knowledge of French is considered a plus.
  • Good understanding of technical discussions and business requirements.
  • Basic Project Management skills, including Gantt planning and cost monitoring.

About the Role

The successful candidate will join the Material Flow Management Team, operating in a dynamic and international environment focused on the optimization of logistics processes within a state-of-the-art automotive spare parts warehouse.

This role offers the opportunity to actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing operational performance, implementing innovative solutions, and supporting the digital transformation of warehouse operations.

The candidate will play a key role in defining spare parts allocation strategies, developing advanced KPIs, and supporting data-driven decision-making processes aimed at increasing warehouse efficiency, productivity, and storage capacity.

Scope

The resource will interface with different warehouse areas and functions, as well as with company departments involved in warehouse and logistics operations.
