Job summary

Zentiva in Italy is seeking a Supply Chain Operations Specialist to join our team. You will help ensure product availability, manage shipments and stock levels, and collaborate with manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Marketing and Finance to maintain a smooth supply flow.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in supply chain, strong analytical skills and Excel expertise, plus fluency in Italian and English. A collaborative, proactive mindset is essential for this role.

Responsibilities

• Manage the product supply flow and monitor shipments, delays, and potential supply issues.
• Oversee the customs clearance process with external partners.
• Manage labelling controls and release from quarantine with Quality team.
• Monitor out-of-stock levels and prepare related reports.
• Support AIFA communications related to out-of-stock situations with Regulatory Affairs.
• Assist Marketing, Regulatory Affairs and Finance in new product launches including GMID creation and forecasting.

At Zentiva, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality and affordable medicines to the people who depend on us. For our Italian organization, we are looking for a Supply Chain Operations Specialist to join our team.

In this role, you will contribute to ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of our supply chain, managing product supply and supporting product availability. You will play a key role in monitoring shipments and stock levels, managing supply-related activities and working closely with manufacturing sites, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Marketing and Finance to ensure a smooth and efficient supply flow.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the product supply flow, liaising with manufacturing site planners to monitor shipments, deliveries, delays and potential supply issues.
• Oversee the customs clearance process in collaboration with external partners.
• Manage product labelling controls and the release of products from quarantine, in collaboration with the Quality team.
• Monitor out-of-stock levels and prepare related reports.
• Manage AIFA communications related to out-of-stock situations, in alignment with Regulatory Affairs.
• Support Marketing, Regulatory Affairs and Finance in new product launches, including GMID creation, forecasting activities and delivery follow-up.

Ideal Requirements

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent knowledge of Excel.
• Fluency in both Italian and English.
• Collaborative mindset and proactive approach.

What We Offer

• One-year fixed-term contract.
• Employment under "Impiegato" level of the Italian Pharmaceutical Industry National Collective Agreement (CCNL Chimico-Farmaceutico)
• Gross Annual Salary: €37,000 - €43,000, based on experience and qualifications.
