Job summary

Zentiva Poland is seeking a Supply Chain Operations Specialist for our Italian organization to optimize product availability and streamline supply flows. You will coordinate with manufacturing sites, QA, Regulatory, Marketing and Finance to keep shipments on track and respond to potential supply issues.

The role demands at least 2 years in supply chain, strong Excel skills and fluency in Italian and English, with a one-year fixed-term contract under CCNL Chimico-Farmaceutico.

Responsibilities

• Manage the product supply flow, liaising with manufacturing site planners to monitor shipments, deliveries, delays and potential supply issues.
• Oversee the customs clearance process in collaboration with external partners.
• Monitor out-of-stock levels and prepare related reports.
• Support Marketing, Regulatory Affairs and Finance in new product launches, including GMID creation, forecasting activities and delivery follow-up.
• Manage AIFA communications related to out-of-stock situations with Regulatory Affairs.

In this role, you will contribute to ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of our supply chain, managing product supply and supporting product availability.
