Job summary

Thales Alenia Space is seeking an Execution and Performance Manager to oversee supplier relationships from contract signature through product delivery. You will manage technical, planning, cost, and quality aspects, coordinating with the JV team and external partners to ensure timely, compliant delivery.

The role requires strong project management, a solid background in electronic unit development, and fluent English.

Qualifications

Strong project management experience.
Solid technical background in development of electronic units.
Proven supplier relationship management experience.
Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

Pre-contract: supports supplier selection and feedback on supplier performance and capacity.
Coordinate a contract execution Surveillance Plan addressing identified risks and opportunities.
Post-signature: leads supplier relations across contract execution for technical, planning, quality and contractual aspects.
Manage activities per Statement of Work and Surveillance Plan, applying best practices.
Coordinate with Projects and suppliers during reviews and involve Engineering, Procurement or Quality as needed.
Implement corrective/preventive actions to address process, product, or component issues.
Provide regular status on technical, planning, risk, costs and forecasts to internal clients and central functions.
