Job summary

Thales Alenia Space is seeking a Project PA Manager to ensure all Product Assurance tasks for the assigned perimeter. You will coordinate PA activities, maintain the PA Plan, manage non-conformities, and report PA status to customers and PMO.

The role requires strong interfaces with the Project Manager, Customer PA Manager, and supplier QA teams, plus 7 years in space and 5 years in PA. English fluency is essential.

Qualifications

• 7 years in the Space Domain
• 5 years in Quality (Project/PA)
• Deep knowledge of ECSS
• Ability to interface at management level
• Very good communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to coordinate and delegate
• Proactivity and open-mindedness
• Fluency in English

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance to project requirements and document deviations
• Ensure activities follow Quality Management System and standards
• Interface with Customer Quality representative for PA matters
• Represent PA in Project Management team
• Create and implement the Project PA Plan
• Manage Non-Conformities per requirements and notify Customer
• Coordinate Project Quality team and flow PA requirements
• Prepare and verify Quality documents under PA responsibility
• Report Quality aspects to Customer, PMO and management
• Participate in internal and Customer Project meetings/reviews
• Capture and promote lessons learned
• Exercise alerts and veto rights as required
• Ensure Risk Management processes are executed
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives
