Job summary

Thales Alenia Space, a joint venture between Thales (67%) and Leonardo (33%), is seeking an Execution and Performance Manager in Italy. You will manage the supplier relationship from contract signature to delivery, overseeing technical, planning, and quality aspects within an agile, international framework.

Strong project management and a solid technical background are required, with fluent English and mobility.

• Positive experience of supplier relationship management.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Before contract signature: contribute to supplier selection and provide feedback on supplier performance and capacity forecasts.
• Coordinate a contract execution Surveillance Plan.
• After contract signature: manage supplier relations across technical, industrial, planning, quality and contractual aspects.
• Lead formal reviews and ensure deliverables and data approvals with engineering and quality.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions to address process, product, or component issues.
• Provide regular updates on technical, planning, risk, and costs to internal clients and central functions.
