Thales Alenia Space is seeking a Project PA Manager to lead Product Assurance on institutional projects. The role requires strong ECSS knowledge, experience in the Space domain, and the ability to coordinate with the project team and suppliers.

You will interface with management, ensure QA plans, manage non-conformities, and drive risk management. Fluent English is required; location is Italy with a permanent contract.

Competenze

• 7 years’ experience in the Space Domain (nice to have).
• 5 years in Quality (preferably as Project / Product PA).
• Deep knowledge of ECSS.
• Capability to effectively interface at management level.
• Very good communication and negotiation skills.
• Capability to effectively coordinate and delegate.
• Proactivity, open-mindedness.
• Fluency in English.

Mansioni

• Ensure the implementation of all Product Assurance tasks on institutional projects for the assigned perimeter.
• Ensure compliance to project requirements and document deviations when applicable.
• Represent the interface for the Project Management team on PA matters.
• Establish and maintain the Project PA Plan and ensure its proper implementation.
• Coordinate Project Quality team activities and flow down PA requirements to suppliers.
• Prepare Quality documents under PA responsibility and verify/approve other project Quality documents.
• Report Quality aspects to the Customer, PMO and management.
