Job summary

Stellantis is seeking an experienced Supplier Cost Analyst to strengthen the Enlarged Europe Purchasing Cost Management team. You will lead on-site supplier cost audits, develop should-cost analysis, and drive Total Part Cost reductions in partnership with Commodity Buyers and Engineering.

You will interact with cross-functional teams, including Direct Material Commodity Teams, Finance, CTPC, and PDT. Travel to supplier plants is expected about once per week.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in cost optimization, process engineering, cost engineering, or supplier/process audits, preferably in automotive.
• Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering, Economics or related field.
• Experience with Tier 1 automotive suppliers and supplier cost structures is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site supplier actual cost audits for a defined commodity scope.
• Prepare and execute audits using Stellantis' Cost Management Audit Procedures.
• Review supplier documentation and plan audit activities with buyers and commodity managers.
• Consolidate results into audit reports and align with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
• Build accurate Price Breakdowns (PBD) from verified cost structures.
• Provide fact-based negotiation support rooted in audit outcomes and cost benchmarks.
• Define, propose, and validate TPC reduction plans for each audited supplier.
• Identify cost optimization opportunities using audit results and benchmarks.
• Collaborate with Cost Engineering to validate should-cost referentials.
• Share lessons learned to enhance Enlarged Europe Cost Management standards.
