Stellantis in Italy's Piemonte region seeks an experienced Production Manager to coordinate the execution of production programs while meeting quality, cost, and performance targets.

You will lead UTE Managers, optimize resources, and drive continuous improvement across manufacturing processes, ensuring alignment with budgets and safety standards.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will implement efficiency initiatives and monitor KPIs to sustain operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Mechanical preferred.
• 4–6 years of relevant production/line management experience.
• Strong problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset.
• Fluency in Italian and English (B2 or higher).

Responsabilités

• Deliver production plans by coordinating UTE Managers and production activities.
• Allocate and balance human resources across UTEs.
• Manage costs within budget and performance targets.
• Maintain product quality standards throughout production.
• Identify improvements and optimize lines and workforce flexibility.
• Drive efficiency and productivity of equipment and resources.
• Monitor performance indicators and take corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on improvement projects.
