Stellantis in Turin seeks an Environment, Energy, Health & Safety Internal Audit Manager to lead EEHS audits across facilities in Europe and beyond. The role includes on-site inspections, data reviews, and reporting with a focus on regulatory compliance and management systems.

You will supervise audit activities, draft reports, and coordinate with business managers to ensure improvements are implemented. Travel approximately 50% is expected, with a valid driving license required.

Competenze

• Master's degree in an environmental, health & safety-related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of auditing, EEHS compliance audits, or program management in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Knowledge of ISO 14001, 45001, 50001 and related regulatory requirements.
• Fluency in Italian and English; additional language skills a plus.
• Proficient MS Office skills and data/reporting capabilities.

Mansioni

• Conduct EEHS compliance audits and energy management audits under supervision of Internal Audit.
• Lead on-site inspections, document reviews, staff interviews, and data collection.
• Prepare final audit reports with findings, recommendations, and action plans.
• Draft working papers and perform cross-reviews of peers' documents.
• Present audit results to managers and directors, and monitor implementation of improvements.
• Travel up to 50% domestically and internationally.
