Job summary

Stellantis in Italy is seeking a motivated Cost Engineer Intern, responsible for cost creation and evaluation of electrical components, interfacing with multiple organizations in a multicultural environment covering a worldwide perimeter.

You will analyze development steps, workflows, and production processes, assist teams to estimate prices for new technologies, and contribute to the Cost Model and future Stellantis architectures.

Qualifications

• BSc or MSc in Electrical Engineering or a comparable technical degree (Computer Science, Mechanical, Chemical). Would also consider a Finance or Business degree with the correct experience.
• Ability to create high-quality presentations and reports for presentations to management levels.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• Working knowledge of Italian & English.
• Proficient in MS Office suite of tools, in particular PowerPoint, Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Analyze manufacturing operations and design workflows and production processes.
• Estimate component prices for new technologies.
• Research market trends, industrial standards, and innovations.
• Build and maintain Cost Model definitions by functions.
• Contribute to specification and design of future Stellantis architectures.
• Work with Stellantis Engineering and functions to provide solutions to optimize and align their future roadmap to ensure the competitiveness of Stellantis Solution.
