Stellantis is seeking an Intern Buyer to support the Purchasing team with RFQs, supplier quotations, and cost data analysis. You will assist in supplier evaluation, contract preparation, and purchasing documentation while handling related admin tasks.

The role offers exposure to cross-functional teams and international suppliers. Ideal candidates hold a Master’s degree in a relevant field, possess C1 English, and are proactive, analytical, and collaborative, with strong Excel and SAP familiarity

Role Description

The Intern Buyer supports the Purchasing team in sourcing and procurement activities, working alongside senior buyers and internal stakeholders.

Main Activities

• Support the preparation and management of RFQs
• Collect and analyze supplier quotations and cost data
• Assist in supplier evaluation and sourcing recommendations
• Support the preparation of contracts and purchasing documentation
• Support administrative tasks (purchase orders, reports, presentations)

• Gain a solid understanding of the end-to-end purchasing and sourcing process, including RFQs, supplier selection, and basic contract management
• Develop analytical skills through cost analysis, supplier comparison, and performance monitoring (cost, quality, delivery)
