Job summary

Aviapartner is seeking motivated Passenger Service Agents to join the Landside department at Milan Linate Airport. You will ensure smooth ground handling for passenger services, including check-in, boarding support, and general assistance.

Key responsibilities include accurate check-in, verifying travel documents, assisting transfer passengers, and collaborating with airport staff to deliver a positive travel experience. English proficiency and flexible shifts are essential.

Aviapartner is looking for motivated Passenger Service Agents to join the Landside department at Milan Linate Airport.

The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the proper execution of ground handling activities related to passenger services, including check-in operations, boarding procedures, and general passenger assistance.

Key responsibilities:

• Perform passenger and baggage check-in operations with accuracy and attention to detail, in compliance with current regulations on security, safety, privacy, and quality, including issuing boarding passes and baggage tags;

• Verify travel documentation in accordance with the entry requirements of destination countries (e.g. passports and visas);

• Ensure the smooth handling of transfer procedures for connecting passengers;

• Collaborate with airport staff to provide a positive travel experience;

• Handle any issues professionally and promptly.

The applicable National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL) is Air Transport - Specific Section: Handlers.

Working hours:

20 hours per week, distributed across shifts

Salary:

• €529.84 (art. H15 CCNL)

• €252.65 cost-of-living allowance (art. H16 CCNL)

• €2.52 daily allowance (art. H19 CCNL)

• €0.13 shift allowance (art. H20 CCNL)

• €0.13 field allowance (art. H21 CCNL)
