Aviapartner seeks a motivated Supervisor on Duty - Area Operations to join the Airside department at Fiumicino Airport. You will oversee staff on duty, guide behaviours to meet company standards, and ensure compliance with airport regulations for safety and quality.

Responsibilities include providing technical support, coordinating equipment, and assisting with administrative tasks such as sick leaves and vacations, to maintain excellent service in a dynamic aviation environment.

Mansioni

• Ensure the operational continuity of the Operations area by guiding staff to meet company standards and comply with airport regulations, Safety, Security, Health and Safety 81/08, and Quality.
• Manages and supervises the staff on duty in the department.
• It guarantees the necessary technical and knowledge support for resolving the current operational issues.
• Provides the necessary equipment for the staffs in order to ensure operations are conducted in compliance withsafetyrequirements.
• Supports the management of the administrative process to handle sickleaves, vacations requests, etc.
