Zuma Rome is seeking a Floor Supervisor to inspire the floor team, uphold our high standards, and ensure guests have an unforgettable dining experience.

Based in Rome at Palazzo Fendi, the role focuses on leading service flow, deep menu knowledge, guest feedback resolution, and close collaboration with kitchen and bar teams.

Ideal candidates bring luxury hospitality experience, approachable leadership, and a passion for Japanese cuisine; training and global opportunities are part of our culture.

Zuma is a contemporary Japanese restaurant collection, inspired by the dynamic Izakaya dining style. This role will be based in Zuma Rome. Located in the iconic Palazzo Fendi, with a stunning restaurant and beautiful roof terrace overlooking the “eternal city”, this restaurant is an essential experience in Rome. Main Duties
