Zuma Rome is seeking a commis waiter/waitress to support the pass and service team, delivering dishes with professionalism and ensuring every guest feels cared for.

Based in Rome, at Palazzo Fendi, you will join a luxury, high-volume dining environment and participate in training to expand menu knowledge while developing professional hospitality skills. This role offers international experience within the Azumi Collection and opportunities for career growth.

As a Commis waiter/waitress at Zuma, you’ll support the pass and service team, ensuring every dish is delivered with professionalism and every guest feels cared for. Be a key player in delivering Zuma's exceptional dining experience!

Zuma is a contemporary Japanese restaurant collection, inspired by the dynamic Izakaya dining style. This role will be based in Zuma Rome. Located in the iconic Palazzo Fendi, with a stunning restaurant and beautiful roof terrace overlooking the “eternal city”, this restaurant is an essential experience in Rome. Main Duties
