Zuma Rome is seeking a Floor Supervisor to inspire the floor team, uphold our high standards, and ensure guests have an unforgettable dining experience.

Based in Rome at Palazzo Fendi, the role focuses on leading service flow, deep menu knowledge, guest feedback resolution, and close collaboration with kitchen and bar teams.

Competenze

• Proven experience as a floor supervisor in a luxury high-volume restaurant.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Deep knowledge of service standards and guest experience.
