Saipem is seeking a Subsea Technology Supervisor to join the Drilling and Sonsub business line, leading a dedicated team of Subsea Technology Pilots. You will respond to the Operations Manager and oversee offshore ROVs and drones throughout project phases.

Requirements include a High School Technical Diploma and 3–5 years of experience in a similar context. Travel abroad is possible based on project needs.

Purpose of the position:

As Subsea Technology Supervisor, you will respond to the Operations Manager and be part of the Sonsub function in the Drilling and Sonsub Business Line. In this role you will manage a dedicated team of Subsea Technology Pilots.

Here below your responsibilities:

Supervise manufacturing and testing of new ROV’s / Subsea Drones;

Oversee the mobilization of ROV’s / Subsea Drones onboard vessels in line with Projects requirements;

Manage ROV’s / Subsea Drones offshore operations, ensuring technical and safety compliance;

Supervise ROV’s / Subsea Drones maintenance to ensure the continuity of offshore operations, in compliance with safety procedures and regulations;

Support fault finding on ROV’s / Subsea Drones mechanical / hydraulic / electronic / electrical / control sub-systems.

What are we looking for?

Education: High School Technical Diploma (mechanical / hydraulic / electronical / electrical)

Experience: 3-5 years’ experience in similar context

Technical/IT Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office
