Exyte in Lombardy is seeking a Subcontract Management specialist to oversee subcontractor performance, invoicing, and commercial administration on complex semiconductor and high‑tech facility projects. Previous GMP or utility systems experience will help you excel.

You will lead change orders, support risk mitigation and claim management, and collaborate with Engineering, Design, Quality, Scheduling, and Project Management while reporting to the Project Procurement Manager.

Qualifications

• Completed business, engineering, or technical education, or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in project procurement/purchasing, preferably in plant engineering or semiconductor projects.
• Experience with GMP environments and utility systems or electrical systems (MV, LV, I&C/MSR).
• Strong subcontract management, contract administration, and commercial project execution with negotiation skills.

Responsabilités

• Monitor subcontractor performance by cost, quality, and schedule.
• Manage subcontractor invoicing, receivables, and commercial administration.
• Lead change order management with subcontractors.
• Support claim management with Contract Management; mitigate delays and risks.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Quality, Scheduling, and Project Management while reporting to the Project Procurement Manager.
