Technogym in Cesena seeks a Senior Content & Video Producer to lead audiovisual production across studio, digital and social content. You will oversee the entire production process, ensuring quality, visual consistency and timely delivery for global audiences.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in video production, storytelling, lighting and post-production, with the ability to manage complex projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams at international scale.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in video production roles at broadcasters, production houses, or digital platforms.
• Strong expertise in multi-camera direction, cinematography, lighting, audio, and post-production.
• Ability to manage the full production lifecycle from concept to delivery.
• Solid eye for product photography and brand aesthetics.

Mansioni

• Independently manage productions within the Technogym Studios with multi-camera direction and post-production.
• Produce video content for studio and digital channels using professional gear or mobile devices.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Social Media, and Wellness Institute to craft brand storytelling.
• Plan product photoshoots and visual content for marketing, social, and digital channels.
• Oversee content library, archiving, and retrieval of assets, plus live streaming delivery.
• Coordinate maintenance of studio infrastructure with suppliers and the Procurement department.
