Nord Anglia Education is seeking a Student Wellbeing Counselor for H-Farm Venice to support adolescent students in an international school setting. The role bridges academics, emotional wellbeing, and classroom dynamics, working closely with students, teachers, and leaders.

The counselor will run 1-on-1 sessions, lead SEL workshops in English, and help families adapt to international environments, while collaborating with the learning support team to create actionable strategies.

Competenze

• Degree in Psychology, Educational Sciences, or Social Pedagogy.
• Certified qualification or master's in Counseling.
• Membership in Albo degli Psicologi is not required.
• Experience with adolescents (11–18) in educational or international settings.
• Freelance / self-employed status with Partita IVA or willingness to register.

• Provide active listening, emotional guidance, and goal-oriented support for at-risk students.
• Design and deliver age-appropriate SEL workshops in English.
• Collaborate with teachers and leadership on inclusion and assessments.
