NABA, Nuova Accademia di Belle Arti in Milan, invites applications for an Intern Students Administration role. You will join the Students Administration Unit supporting enrolments, invoicing, payments and student financial assistance.

The selected candidate will learn activities such as enrolling Italian and international students, entering data, determining tuition brackets, verifying financing activation, and sending payment reminders. Smart working options and meal vouchers are offered.

Competenze

• High school diploma or bachelor’s degree.
• Good knowledge of the MS Office suite.
• B2 level of English.
• Strong attention to detail, high motivation, excellent organizational skills, and good verbal and written communication skills.

Mansioni

• Support the Administration Office with the enrolment of Italian and international students.
• Assist with document collection, entry of personal and income data into the management system, and determination of tuition fee brackets.
• Support the verification of the correct activation of student financing.
• Send payment reminders.
