NABA, Nuova Accademia di Belle Arti in Milan seeks motivated individuals for an Intern Students Administration role within the Students Administration Unit, supporting admissions, enrolments, invoicing, payments and financial assistance.

The selected candidate will learn activities including enrolment of Italian and international students, data entry, tuition brackets, verification of financing activation, and sending payment reminders. Smart working options and meal vouchers are offered.

Competenze

• High school diploma or bachelor’s degree.
• Good knowledge of the MS Office suite.
• B2 level of English.
• Strong attention to detail, high motivation, excellent organizational skills, and good verbal and written communication skills.

Mansioni

• Support the Administration Office with the enrolment of Italian and international students.
• Assist with document collection, entry of personal and income data into the management system, and determination of tuition fee brackets.
• Support the verification of the correct activation of student financing.
• Send payment reminder.
