NABA, Nuova Accademia di Belle Arti in Milan is seeking an Intern for the Students Administration unit, supporting student administration and financial processes, including admissions, enrolments, invoicing, payments, and student financial assistance.

The selected candidate will learn activities such as enrolment of Italian and international students, data entry into the management system, determining tuition brackets, verifying financing activation, and sending payment reminders.

Competenze

• High school diploma or bachelor’s degree.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Mansioni

• Support the Administration Office with enrolment of Italian and international students.
• Enter personal and income data into the management system and determine tuition brackets.
• Verify activation of student financing.
• Send payment reminders.

Intern Students Administration

The selected candidate will join the Students Administration Unit that supports student administration and financial processes, including admissions, enrolments, invoicing, payments, and student financial assistance.

The selected candidate will learn the following activities:

• Support the Administration Office with the enrolment of Italian and international students.
• Assist with document collection, entry of personal and income data into the management system, and determination of tuition fee brackets.
• Support the verification of the correct activation of student financing.
• Send payment remainder.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or bachelor’s degree.
• Good knowledge of the MS Office suite.
• B2 level of English
• Strong attention to detail, high motivation, excellent organizational skills, and good verbal and written communication skills.
