Job summary

Generali in Lombardy seeks a driven professional to join the Business Transformation (BT) unit. You will support the execution of strategic initiatives, collaborate with multiple functions, and help manage the Group project portfolio to deliver on strategic priorities.

You will work with cross-functional teams, foster change, and drive initiatives forward with ownership and accountability, contributing to a safer and more sustainable future for Generali.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in business, economics, actuarial sciences, engineering, or related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant professional experience, including internships.
• Previous exposure to the insurance industry preferred; consulting experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of strategic initiatives with business and functional stakeholders.
• Manage project execution with discipline, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
• Ensure alignment between Group and BU stakeholders, partnering with Insurance/(AM) Division(s).
• Foster change management and adapt approaches to different contexts.
• Be entrepreneurial in managing workstreams or projects independently.
