Job summary

Unobravo in Milan, Italy is seeking a Strategy & Corporate Development professional to drive high-impact initiatives across Operations, Product, Marketing, B2B, and Finance. You will own problems from hypothesis to execution and measurable impact, shaping board and investor materials, and guiding multi-year strategic planning.

Requirements include 4+ years in strategy consulting or equivalent, strong analytics, and ability to manage senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in strategy consulting or equivalent strategic roles
• Proven track record leading cross-functional projects to tangible results
• Strong analytical and financial toolkit: business cases, financial modeling, market sizing
• Executive-level storytelling: decks for Board and investors, concise writing
• Ability to manage senior internal and external stakeholders
• Data fluency with KPI definition and data-driven insights
• Comfort with ambiguity, high ownership, prioritization across workstreams
• Fluent English and Italian (or Spanish/French)
• Experience in corporate development or corporate finance projects
• Background in consumer, D2C, marketplace or healthcare/digital health

Responsibilities

• Drive high-impact strategic initiatives end to end across Operations, Product, Marketing, B2B and Finance
• Shape board, investor and capital-raising materials and provide clear recommendations
• Contribute to strategic planning and annual budgeting with defined KPIs
• Provide market and competitive insights to inform strategic choices
• Support corporate development and corporate finance projects with business cases and analyses
• Facilitate leadership workshops and cross-team alignment to convert strategy into action
