ABB is hiring for a Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) lead based in Italy. You will drive the S&OP process, connect Demand and Supply Planning with Global Capacity, and spearhead improvement initiatives across units.

You will coordinate monthly planning drums, define roles, and engage stakeholders to optimize plan accuracy and on-time delivery while leveraging SAP MM/PP/WM and Anaplan.

Competenze

• Degree in SCM, Logistics, Business Admin or equivalent, with 5+ years in SCM/Planning.
• Proven track record in S&OP implementation and improvement.
• Strong knowledge of SAP MM, PP, WM and planning tools.

Mansioni

• Lead and coordinate unit-specific and cross-unit projects to improve On-Time Delivery and Plan Accuracy.
• Design and implement S&OP process with focus on Supply Planning and reconciliation.
• Manage stakeholders and define roles within the S&OP process.
• Governing the monthly Global Business Supply Planning drumbeat and KPIs.
• Develop the S&OE process and connect S&OE with S&OP.
• Facilitate Supply Planning drumbeat, reviews and approvals to balance demand and supply.
• Identify projects to advance planning using SAP MM, PP, and an advanced tool.
• Perform analyses related to S&OP/OE metrics and root-cause analysis for improvements.
• Act as SME for S&OP and S&OE, share best practices, and conduct cross-unit assessments.
• Build competencies by training the Planning & Fulfillment community.
