CHEP is seeking a Supply Chain Planner in Milan to join the Strategic Planning group. The role focuses on minimizing costs via optimization and cost-reduction initiatives across the SC network.

You will analyze data, forecast demand using SAP/JDA, manage stock levels, and collaborate with sales and planning teams to align with SLAs and budgets. This position emphasizes international exposure and continuous process improvement.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience in SC Planning Analysis.
• Knowledge of CHEP, JDA, Power BI, SAP, Blue View preferred.
• 3+ years in Supply Chain Management roles (production/logistics planning).
• Experience with S&OP and demand forecasting.

Mansioni

• Analyze data and manage stock to meet demand while preventing overstocks, ensuring optimal inventory levels.
• Monitor and control stock at plants and manufacturers to optimize capacity, reduce costs, and ensure proper stock rotation.
• Use forecasting tools like SAP, JDA, and Excel to manage orders and predict future demand.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain and commercial teams to align goals with budgets and SLAs.
• Develop optimization tools to streamline planning processes and improve efficiency.
• Prepare reports on stock levels, forecasts, and performance for data-driven decisions.
• Coordinate production planning and logistics to align volumes with demand and safety stock.
• Lead initiatives to prevent overstocking and optimize storage, rotation, and transportation.
